Here we are then, the first full league program (apart from VCF Santos v's CG in GFA Minor).

Div 1
BSXI 2-1 Christchurch, clash of the titans, always a gritty and close encounter
Hillfields Baps ?-? Pips - unsure of our team availibility but should be a cracker. One thing is for sure, there will be goals.
Slip 1-2 Woodies - undoubtly MOTD, Woodies will just sneek it if they play like they did when they beat pips 6-2
SAS 3-1 Kensington Baps, back on track with a home win

Div 2
Corinthians of Bath 0-2 Nailsea
Gordano Valley 3-1 Powerhouse
Rock 2-2 Pistols

Div 3
Hayhill 4-2 Hillfields Res
Racing Santos 1-1 Grace chucrh
Suburbs Utd 3-0 Carmel

GFA Quarters Minor (South)
VCF Santos 2-3 Castle Green (AET, 2-2 FT)

Anyone else care to join the party?

Div 1
BSXI v Christchurch - home win
Hillfields Baps v Pips - away win
Slip v Woodies - draw
SAS v Kensington Baps - away win

Div 2
Corinthians of Bath v Nailsea - draw
Gordano Valley v Powerhouse - home win
Rock v Pistols - home win

Div 3
Hayhill v Hillfields Res - home win
Racing Santos v Grace Church - away win
Suburbs Utd v Carmel - home win

GFA Primary QF
Castle Green v VCF Santos - once again what a shame we have been drawn together. both sides will be eager to get this one on at Packers this weekend as neither club will want the all important league programme disrupted any further. It's a cup match so anything goes, our lads are straining at the leash, training was furious the other night with competition for places in the squad, let's hope we come out on top this time. May the best team win.

There quite a heavy frost in Saltford overnight and the ground outside the house was frozen solid it was -1.5c at 6.00am and that is on low ground in the area. There is another frost due tonight, and if the pitches are like the ground outside our house I can see some games being off. Much will depend on how quickly the sun gets on the pitches to thaw them out, the Bath forecast is showing as being 0c at 9.00hrs in the morning. Here's hoping.

BBC says Bristol temperature will dip to 0 overnight, with it still being 0 at 9am, although sunny. I'd have thought that will just be warm enough for most Bristol games to go ahead, especially if the pitches are exposed to the sun as soon as it gets up.
Only BCFA team to beat BSXI 4 times since 12th December 2009.....

Hillfields v Pips is off our rubbish excuse for a pitch has apparently not recovered from the rain Groundsman rang today think it may be time for first team to secure a new home. Sorry pips, James and his team were up for the challenge :-(

Unfortunately we have paid now till end of season and because we run two teams paying an additional £55+ pound a time is hitting us hard as we have done it 3 times already this season.
Has seen 4 lads through his team become Christians in the last 18 months or so - How awesome is that?

Slip v woodies called off due to a frozen pitch, I'm sure we won't be the only ones. Bawa was nowhere near playable. So frustrating when you have a good pitch, dry weather and 2 willing teams. Oh well, makes it an exciting fixture at the business end of the season!
