Disappointed to see so few Div 2 and 3 teams in the GFA cup again this year or have a number got byes??

We are in SFA, so doesn't really apply but we could never field 11 Saturday afternoon.
We would therefore not be a good representation for the league as our team would be full of ringers which is why we never enter.
The only time you run out of chances is when you stop taking them.

Just for information, 5 teams in Div 2 and 3 are Somerset registered,

Nailsea, Hayhill, Corintians, Gordano and Welton.

Widcombe in Div 1 are SFA as well.

That reduces the numbers that can enter the GFA cups.

I have since realised that half of div 2 is outside the Bristol boundary. The cost of these overnight stops for away matches will cripple this club financially Wink
