If we have a league game currently scheduled and can't raise a-side what is the protocol?

I thought we had to make the league aware of any weekend's we couldn't raise a side prior to fixture release.

Thanks

You can postpone and rearrange 3 times in a season if you are giving more than 21 days notice to your opposition.
