The Kirbys seem to have a lot of trouble with DIY. I didn't know it at the time but when I turned up to inspect Kirbdawgs new Pad last week his sister had just fallen off a ladder!!!

Thanks for entertaining yourself at my expense. The wound has healed nicely and the tetanus jab did the trick. I will soldier on.

Did the doctor/nurse ask how you did it and did they keep a straight face when you told them?

How did you manage that, did you pass out on top off her when you saw the needle?

Apparently he cut his hands on some tiles the other day. That's why he left Nath screwed at church the other night because there was no bass player!
Congratulations to Woodies.

I did indeed get some cuts on my hands gutting the bathroom. I'd like to see you lot do what I've done and not get some cuts.
Aside from that, the house is coming along well. Still a good few weeks to go til it's done though.

So after the unexpected electric works throughout the house, then re-plastering of the master bedroom, mixed with some blood and sweat, it now turns out I may have a bit of dry rot in the brickwork in my bathroom. Tremendous. Angry

John, are you starting to think you may have overpaid on this house given the amount of work that's having to be done to it?
