Ok this year my sunday team have said something about getting international clearence as last year i was signed up for a team in wales. Now last year i signed up for this team in wales and played for Hillfields because of this do i still need to get this stupid clearence??

Don't know the answer, but it would not be a GFA rule it would be an FA rule which would cover every County. Worth checking with the GFA, as you may not be the only person affected.
