So, did you actually run it at all?

Poor effort. You have to do a 10k in your boxers. You talk the talk, you gotta walk the walk.
Only BCFA team to beat BSXI 4 times since 12th December 2009.....

Good work, I felt violated by one of you lot. I was stewarding at the turn around point and came into close contact with one of you. Good effort though.

Good work from Ben. Hasn't he been doing loads of 10km runs in a row or something? Odd man really Wink

Ben's a legend. We went to the same youth group at Church and we seemed to go round his house every Friday night - very kind. He also once towed me up Parry's Lane on my bike in his Land Rover. The fact he had a land rover was cool enough. Interesting Ben A-S fact: he used to be very proud of the size of the muscle covering his shin. Strange.

Yeah, but Davo, have you seen the length of his shins...!

I think he ran 50 10ks in 50 days, timed to finish his 50th at the Bristol 10k. Crazy!

Whilst training, he went out for a run one night and 'accidently' ran a 4hr 15min marathon taking in the sights of 4 stately homes in Bristol and North Somerset...

Another interesting Ben A-S fact: his body was exactly the same size as our mate Tristan's, but Ben was always about 12" taller - I guess there's the reason for the shin muscle...

Slightly unnerved by a few people's obsession with Ben A-S. Off boys these Santos related people.
