Well done to all taking part.

I had hoped to be there but a niggling back problem hindered the training. Next year maybe.

Dan, didn't want to mention this while it was being discussed pre-race, but couldn't you have just worn your boxers with shorts over the top? Would have saved the good people of Bristol some considerable distress I'd imagine! Good time though - well done.

I did 49 mins 15 secs. A fair effort but I was restricted in my training due baby daughter over the last 10 weeks! Poor excuse I know, a thoroughly enjoyable day though. Jimmy Watson ran in 1 hr 20ish with a broken toe!

I wasn't there. I am waiting for proof though... still not sure if Dan is enough of a man to stick to his bets. If he did do it, I'll let him shake my hand. Might even give him some sponsor money if he did it for charity.

Didn't see you Phil but saw James and Ali McF. Ali appeared to be slowing his other half down Wink

Hmm, I was a steward based at the turnpoint on the Portway and I didn't see him at all. Kind of glad in a way. So presumably he has to do it again to prove he did it?

Under what name did Dan run (there is no Dan Flynn in the results). There are usually pictures taken of the runners and they are published online. Of course thay may no be able to publish Dans on a respectable website.BigGrin

So it looks like Dan didn't do it? Maybe he's trying to get someone to photoshop him in it or something. Eakes, good suggestion - he has to do it again (or even for the first time).
