There are lots of things to do to get noticed. Maybe you could shine your head a little more to get that extra bit of shine. I would have thought that being the manager of a successful club with lots of press attention would have got you noticed? Another thing you could try would be to experiment with your fashion. I am thinking of adding Plyomentric exercises to my training regime. Do you have any drills that you would recommend / use yourself?

I think plyometric exercises are often used by true sprinters.  Only BCFA team to beat BSXI 4 times since 12th December 2009.....
