Absolutely gutted to lose by 1 run, will we ever beat Woodies?! Can't believe how many lives you got again Eako, 4 dropped catches! Didn't realise that TNS got 43, well played. Enjoyable game non the less with some good cricket on show (at times). Good photos Ben.

Just wish I hadn't given Fairsy the last over...
Congratulations to Woodies.

I can't believe you didn't bowl your final over. You must have conceded less than 10 for the first 3.
Only BCFA team to beat BSXI 4 times since 12th December 2009.....

Well to be honest Dan, I wish I had have been caught earlier, put us all out of our misery. Couple of them were quite tough to be fair to Tom F and Jonty. Thought you would have bowled that last over Dan, but a good game in which everyone did something. Best catch of the day, Man-in-shorts-now-in-whites. Was that to dismiss Shearsy?

Can anyone else see the ball in this photo? Confused

Dan, how on earth do you get yourself into this freaky position?

Nath, re the top picture, if you look at the two people in whites standing by the bags you will see the steps in the background and directly underneath those steps is the ball, almost on top of the bags. And re Dan's position, thats actually quite a common position for a bowler, actually technically very good. The back leg is straight and hasn't collapsed and the left leg is being pushed through as he twists and bowls. Maybe the head is a bit low but have a look at any pictures of Jimmy anderson and you'll find something similar.

Nathan it is just short of a good length.

Still can't believe we came so close. To be fair you guys should never have got to 125 but ah well.

I've heard a few of the 'slip boys are calling for Flynn's resignation.....

My figures were 1 for 3 off 3. So yeah, I shouldn't have been nice to Fairsy! Although his figures were better than mine...
Congratulations to Woodies.

Considering making an appearance for practice of the next game. I used to play at school, so still might have the skillz. I don't have my own club though so will need to borrow someone else's.

Do you 'Slip boys not learn?? Eako tried to make it easier for you by dropping me, Ieuan & Baynton, and even makes Kheng wear whites.....sounded like a good game though. Maybe next year Wink

You could have had my last over - I wouldn't have minded. No way were Fairsy's figures better than you. He might have taken a couple of wickets, but it's all about economy in T20.

His figures were better than mine because he took 3 wickets!
Congratulations to Woodies.

I agree with Nathan. It would be better to get figures of 0-12 off of 4 overs than to get 4-31.

I have put all of the photos on Facebook now. Some are really bad quality but I couldn't be bothered to sort through for the best ones.

I'd be up for it. Eakes would need to check we could get a pitch. I've only got the 20th August available though.
Congratulations to Woodies.
